Yes, you need Visual Marketing.
Every year the importance of visual marketing increases. In fact, it’s considered almost an imperative to associate visual images with your written content.

There are several reasons why you need visual marketing, and they’re all very simple really:
- Visuals are typically better attention-grabbers than text.
- Visuals can increase a consumer’s desire to read additional information. (Once you’ve caught their attention :o)
- Everyone absorbs information differently. For visual learners, video, photos, and other graphic images are easier to absorb than verbal or written information. (Note: 65% of people are visual learners.)
- Visuals tell a story quicker. Busy schedules and shortened attention spans mean you need to convey your message much quicker today than even a year ago.
- Many social media channels place higher feed rankings on posts with visuals attached.
Keep in mind, you don’t need to include visuals with ALL of your content. A varied mix of both visual marketing and text-only content is often better than bombarding your followers with visuals.
